reform is proud to offer 4 signature Group Class offerings. Our studio is centered on the mind/body connection + functional movement with an athletic reformer approach
Open Level Reformer:
50 minute OPEN LEVEL reformer class is an ALL levels class + is great for the beginning client + suggested for all new reform clients + for those looking to deepen their Pilates practice moving with intention to reform both mind and body.
Full Body Reformer:
50 minute FULL BODY reformer moves at a moderate pace, Instructors cue specific movements that facilitate the mind/body connection, challenging strength, balance, coordination + control.
Strength Reformer:
50 minute STRENGTH reformer moves at a moderate pace, this class will superset classical + functional Pilates sequences utilizing heavier weights, spring resistance and various props throughout - definitely expect to feel the burn with this one! We suggest a handful of Open Level or Full Body classes prior to booking into class.
Cardio Reformer:
50 minute CARDIO reformer moves at a moderate to quick pace + utilizes the Pilates Jump board to get your heart pumping while still targeting flexibility, coordination & strength. We suggest taking a handful of Open Level or Full Body classes prior to jumping into class.
