Ashley Ziemba

Ashley is a native Chicagoan. Hailing from Streeterville, she grew up playing competitive Tennis. Ashley first began practicing Pilates in High School + she immediately saw the benefits, both in tennis and in life.

After a fast paced career in the Digital Media Industry, Ashley decided to leave the corporate world behind and follow her dreams and passion by committing to Pilates full time. Ashley completed her 500 Hour Comprehensive Teacher Program through The Lab. Her teaching style is rooted in Classical origins but she incorporates various Contemporary techniques to keep her students engaged and challenged.

Ashley hopes to empower both men and women to discover and learn the long term benefits of Pilates movement, the same way she did!

When not in the studio, Ashley is busy chasing her two young boys (5 and 7) around, loves to cook and play racquet sports and can always be found walking the beach with her 90lb puppy.

Natalia Mata

Originally from Brazil, Natalia moved to the Northshore of Chicago in 2018. She holds her Physical Therapy degree + is a certified Pilates Instructor. Back in Brazil, she owns a PT + Pilates studio merging these two professions just like reform!

Through her studies in Physical Therapy + diving deeper into the mind-body connection, she naturally picked up Pilates as a lifestyle (we think it’s a pretty synergistic relationship too).

Natalia loves Pilates + truly believes that all bodies can benefit from controlled + guided movement. When she is not practicing Pilates she is a mother of a 3 year old girl + loves spending time with her family.

Sam Bartlett
pilates instructor

Since her teenage years, Sam has turned to sports + fitness as a stress reliever + method for living fully! Having been an avid lover of HIIT + running, Sam found her body plateauing in performance. On the hunt to add to her fitness regimen, Samantha walked into her first reformer Pilates class years ago + was changed. She fell in love with the mind-body connection required to flow through a sequence and the feeling of length, strength, + calmness she held post-class. She became a certified Pilates Instructor in downtown Chicago + loved building a community through group reformer classes. Having recently moved to Chicago’s North Shore (Glenview)- she was thrilled to discover reform PT + Pilates. Sam is also a certified Yoga instructor + Certified Group Fitness Instructor ( NETA) with a focus on HIIT + Strength.
