Our Mission + Philosophy
Our is mission is to create an inclusive wellness community that redefines physical therapy and Pilates, with a hands on approach, we create a space where everyone can feel supported, empowered, and connected on their health journey.
Meet Meg Moore, DPT, PCES
Our Founder
As a lifelong athlete, Meg began her career in the athletic industry with adidas Sports Licensed Division and adidas Running for nearly 8 years, finally moving on to Gatorade; working closely with collegiate athletes, trainers, and physical therapists/rehab specialists. Ultimately, her passions led her to Physical Therapy, where she pursued her Doctoral degree at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Physical Therapy & Human Movement Sciences), accredited as a top 5 school nationwide for it’s Physical Therapy program.
Meg is also a Certified Pilates Instructor (PMA) as well as a Pregnancy + Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). Meg has a special interest in the perinatal population + integrates Pilates Principles into her Physical Therapy practice, for a comprehensive + injury prevention focused approach.
Meg founded reform to create a space that took a more personalized approach to wellness, blending the best of physical therapy and Pilates to create a truly supportive community. She understood that traditional physical therapy can often feel clinical and isolating so she reimagined care to be more approachable and empowering.
In addition to owning the sudio, Meg is a mom to 3 young boys residing in the Evanston community. Her passions lie in the great outdoors as an avid distance runner + cyclist. You can find her jamming to country music 100% of the time + if you’re in her Pilates classes she’ll for sure slip a tune or 2 in!

We’ve created a high end, bursted calming space for both mind and body, a Pilates and Physical Therapy studio that is designed to be your home away from home. With every detail thoughtfully curated, our space provides a welcoming environment with a beautiful aesthetic where you can feel completely at ease.
