  • Cancellation Policy:

    Due to the nature of our small group classes, reform follows an 16 hour cancellation policy for group classes + private lessons to avoid losing a class/private session credit.

    Late Cancel/No Show Policy:

    If you cancel 6 hours prior to a class OR are a No Show to a class, you will lose your class credit and will be charged an additional $20 fee- no exceptions

    Please keep in mind, you may be added to a class from the waitlist up to 1 hr prior to the class. It is the client's responsibility to CANCEL from the waitlist to avoid the late cancellation fee if you know you absolutely cannot make it!

    Waitlists

    Please head to Momence.com or download the Momence app for ALL booking adjustments. Again, If you know you cannot make class please remove yourself from the waitlist so another client can pop in; because we are a small studio with limited spaces + increasing waitlists we cannot make exceptions for no shows or late cancels and lost credits + incurred fees cannot be refunded.
